AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua
Aerobics is great fun as well as being a low impact effective and highly
versatile way to exercise your body.
It caters
for all fitness groups allowing individuals the flexibility to exercise
to the intensity which suits their needs. This can be accomplished
by working fast or slow and in normal neutral and suspended positions
within the water. Participants can therefore burn fat, build muscle
strength, increase stamina and flexibility and they can also make new
friends!
Water workout
programmes are varied and all areas of the pool are used including
the walls! Buoyancy and resistance equipment add variety to the sessions
and 'spice up' exertions!
