STEP AEROBICS
Designed to
work every major muscle in the body, with emphasis on the heart and
lungs, this class is designed to be safe
and fun but demanding. The step can be adjusted to accommodate all
levels of fitness, from beginner to super fit; any age can step. The
classes start with a warm-up and stretches and after reaching an aerobic
level continues with stepping. After sustaining a level of aerobic
heart rate for at least 20 minutes participants will then work on muscular
strength and endurance followed by stretching out. The class is fat
burning, muscle toning and fitness improving with an emphasis on safety.
