MSSC EXERCISE REFERRAL SCHEME
Exercise referral is the practice of medical professionals
referring patients to qualified exercise professionals to promote physical
activity/exercise to individuals as a means of improving their health.
Obesity, coronary heart disease and diabetes are just
some of the conditions where exercise is used to improve a patients
health and well being.
MSSC will work exclusively with Raglan Surgery during
this new and exciting scheme.
The Referral Programme Consultants (RPC) are

and Daniel Richards.
