Monmouth School Sports Club are hosting various free classes/talks/demonstrations

 

 

Mondays 5th & 12th March 7.00 - 8.00 pm

mini consultations with local physiotherapist Nathan Chidwick

Tuesday 6th March 7.00 - 8.00 pm

Dr Brian Harries gives you a guided tour of health concerns for women and those

they care for from babies through to the elderly. A chance to listen and ask questions.

Our fully staffed creche will be available

Wednesday 7th March

7.00 - 7.45 pm (Beginners) 7. 45 - 8.30 pm (Advanced)

Swimming demonstration and trial instruction in the pool by ex-olympic swimmer Kevin Richards

This is in conjunction with our swimwear supplier and there will be swimwear available to purchase at extremely competitive prices

On certain days we have free classes of Yoga, Pre-Work Circuits and Adult Swimming Lessons

(all levels of ability welcome)
